¶ Apply for a payware account
In the Customer Area, merchants and ISVs can apply for an account. Click on the “Sign up” button and follow the instructions. The following information is required:
- Details of the Person opening the account - name, surname and representation authority
- Legal Form - as per local corporate law
- Company Details - general information about the industry, activity and address of the business as well as registered company ID. Short company name or brand name
- Primary payment institution account - payment institution provider and account number
- Additional details - optional information about more locations or online channels used for doing business as well as additional payment institution accounts.
Payment institutions are required to complete a registration form.
Once the account is created, an email is generated and sent to the provided email address. The email contains information on identity verification and account activation.
¶ Fees
Opening a payware account is free of charge. There are no monthly or annual service fees for keeping your account operational and use platform standard services. Merchant partners might choose to pay for the premium services. Payment institution partners’ service fees are based on utilization.
