Looking for the payware logo, brand color, clear-space rules, downloads, or co-branding guidance? Those have moved to the dedicated brand page on the website: payware.eu/brand. This page now covers only the rules that apply when a merchant presents payware inside their own checkout flow.
The payware logo and all related payware Checkout API logos may not be altered, modified, or changed in any way without the prior written permission of payware. They may not be used in a manner that refers disparagingly to payware or the payware Checkout service.
The payware Checkout payment option must be shown alongside any other payment method on the merchant’s website. The service must be presented in a manner which shows equality with all other payment methods.
The merchant may not use any payment-institution operator logos separately from the payware logo, except where the merchant has a personal agreement with a specific payment institution.
The merchant must comply with payware on any text descriptions of the payware Checkout service and/or payware before publishing them online.
For logo files, brand color, and clear-space rules, see the brand page on the marketing site: payware.eu/brand. For custom sizes or solutions not covered there, contact payware Customer service.
If the merchant has a separate payment method page on the site, it must describe the payware Checkout service in line with the general requirements above.
The payware Checkout payment method must be presented on the merchant’s checkout page in line with the general requirements above.
If the merchant uses a redirecting page between the checkout page and the payware Checkout payment page, that redirect page must include:
Payments processed by payware.eu or the payware logo
